Samantha Vance is a certified Youth & Leadership Coach, long-standing juvenileadvocate, author, motivational speaker, and consultant to nonprofits and smallbusinesses. She’s the Founder & Executive Director of Ladies Learning to Lead, aFlorida statewide nonprofit organization preparing young ladies for college,careers, and life. Samantha also serves as the Founder & CEO of impact CoreGroup, a tech company that connects clients and consultants.
Overall, her passion is to serve young people – being one of the Governor’sappointees to the Delinquency Prevention State Board within the Department ofJuvenile Justice. Samantha serves as the Chair of the board for AMIKidsTallahassee, and Fundraising Chair for Tallahassee Healing Prayer Ministries.She’s been recognized as one of Tallahassee’s Top 20 Professionals Under 40,and selected as an honoree for the 2019 Tallahassee African American HistoryCalendar.
Samantha is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in political science.Her favorite quote is “Leadership is a potent combination of strategy andcharacter, but if you must be without one be without the strategy.”
